SkyLine Assist charges a service fee for its assistance. Service fees are separate from and in addition to any fees charged directly by airlines (such as change fees, cancellation fees, or fare differences). Our agents will clearly disclose any applicable service fees before processing any transaction. By proceeding, you authorize any agreed-upon charges.
While we make every effort to assist you, SkyLine Assist does not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to refund amounts, successful flight changes, seat availability, or fare pricing. All outcomes are subject to the policies of the applicable airline.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when using our services. SkyLine Assist is not responsible for issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the user, including misspelled names, incorrect dates, or wrong booking references.
